Parking, Building Buzzer and Important Information:
Please note there is only street parking available on Seymour Street or Victoria Street (or at a downtown parking lot/parkade). Please allow a few minutes to ensure you have adequate parking.
*a great option for parking is at Riverside Park at the Tennis Courts or Heritage House - it is walking distance to our office.
If the building door is locked, please use the intercom system to the right of the door. Use the up or down arrows to scroll to find your counsellor's name and then hit the call button (with the phone on it). This will call your counsellor and they can buzz you in.
A virtual appointment is always available and even for a last minute decision. If you would like to attend virtually please let your counsellor know and they can provide you with a link.
